Downtown Far Rockaway, Queens — REMA4US (Rockaway East Merchants Association 4 United Synergy) is proud to announce that it has been selected as a grantee of the ABNY Foundation's World Cup for All Community Grant Program. The award will support a community viewing event at Beach 21st Street Plaza in Downtown Far Rockaway this summer, inviting residents, families, and local merchants to share in one of the world's most celebrated sporting moments right here in our neighborhood.

A Partnership Rooted in Community

The ABNY Foundation launched the World Cup for All Community Grant Program to ensure that the excitement of the World Cup reaches every corner of the New York region, not only the stadiums and official fan zones. By partnering with neighborhood-based organizations like REMA4US, the Foundation is helping make sure communities that are too often left out of major civic moments are placed at the center of this one.
